Lord Byron Distillery

Lord Byron Distillery in the heart of Byron Bay arts and industrial park, invites locals and visitors alike to peer into the world of distillation the all-natural way. With a world class RUM range and a locally sourced botanical GIN range there is a spirit for everyone.

We believe that the everyone deserves to know where their drinks come from and how they’re made.  Our friendly and highly trained staff offer visitors in-depth tours and tastings in our little distillery. With notice, we can also cater to larger group needs. With over 12 products in our portfolio, we can promise there is a drink or cocktail with your name on it. Or if you prefer to jump in the driver’s seat, we offer daily Gin Classes where YOU get to MAKE your very own 700ml bottle of Gin! A 3-hour session that is an easy step-by-step class taking you through botanical selection right through to distillation on your very own still.
