Tallow Beach Motel

Situated in a peaceful location, across the road from the iconic dog-friendly Tallow Beach. The motel offers self-contained rooms with most having small sunrooms with seating.

All rooms at Motel Tallow Beach feature a queen-size or king-size bed, ceiling fans, air- air-conditioning, TV, bar fridge, and microwave. A collection of studio rooms also have a kitchenette. The small basic budget rooms and the one bedroom apartment have their own courtyard. Starlink wi-fi was recently installed with fast and reliable reception in all rooms.

Palm trees and sun loungers surround the heated outdoor magnesium pool. Guests can also relax in a quiet corner of the lush gardens.

Tallow Beach Motel is a 5-minute’ walk from the local pub, a cluster of restaurants and shops, and is 5km from the cafés and restaurants of central Byron Bay. There is a local bus service to and from the town centre which stops in front of the motel and E-bike rental, a great way to get around town and explore the stunning beaches of the Byron Shire, has a convenient drop off and pick up from outside your door.

Local activities include surfing and fishing directly out the front of the motel with Broken Head Nature Reserve only a 10-minute beach walk away.
