Katie’s classes include fresh pasta/Italian, three course French, and gourmet plant based with all dishes celebrating seasonal quality ingredients and sustainable practices.

These classes run publicly monthly but are most commonly run for private groups of family or friends, with flexible dates and times for you to choose from.

Katie trained at the prestigious Le Cordon Bleu London and since then has worked for restaurants in London as well as on retreats in Europe. She is also a published author and you may recognize her book in Kmarts and other book stores all around the Australia. She has also cooked on SBS The Cook Up as well as Channel 7’s The Morning Show on multiple occasions.

Katie is passionate about sustainable, flavor driven food and is driven to inspire people and give them confidence in the kitchen; It’s these elements that make Katie’s cooking class’s unforgettable experiences.

By Katie cooking class’s are perfect for hen’s parties, family get-togethers or holiday activities.

Classes start at $125 and include eating the gourmet meal you have just cooked, with the option of a paired wine.
