Katie’s passion is showing people how to make incredibly delicious and satisfying food just from plants. It’s all about flavour and the health benefits are a bonus! Combining classic french training, a deep passion for ethical and sustainable food and a desire to make the world a better place is what makes Katie’s food unique.

Choose from a variety of seasonal plant based classes or get hands on with a fresh pasta class where you will discover how to make the best vegetarian ravioli, fettuccini and tiramisu at home.

This class is open to anyone curious about plant-based cuisine – whether you are a flexitarian, vegetarian, plant-based enthusiast or a full-fledged vegan – you are invited to join in the culinary fun.

Katie will also share vegetarian and plant based nutrition and lifestyle tips.

By the end of the day, you will leave full of inspiration and the skills you need to create your own vegetarian and plant based recipes at home.

The Cooking Retreat

This retreat offers a slice of vegetarian and plant-based paradise. It includes a full day of immersive cooking, a delightful five-course meal that you will prepare and enjoy and a copy of Katie’s book – The Seasonal Vegan.
