Visit Cape Byron Distillery for where Brookie’s Gin is masterfully crafted with native rainforest botanicals in the hinterland of Byron Bay. A short drive from Byron Bay or Bangalow, the distillery is set in the heart of the Brook family’s macadamia farm surrounded by subtropical rainforest where many of the botanicals are sourced and are the inspiration to create Brookie’s Byron Gin.

Book in at the Cape Byron Distillery where you can take part in a rainforest tour, a guided tasting, a whisky tour or a cocktail session. The distillery can tailor an experience to best suit your needs.

Or just enjoy a cocktail or two with friends on our beautiful rainforest balcony! When you visit our Cellar Door, you can enjoy a great selection of drinks and food. We have a wide range of cocktails, as well as whisky and gin tastings for you to try. We offer the usual culprits – think Brookie’s signature Gin & Tonic or Sloe Gin with Ginger Beer – plus a selection of seasonally-crafted feature cocktails showcasing our range. If you would like to learn about our spirits, but don’t have time for a full tour, a guided tasting session is the experience for you! We offer Brookie’s Gin tasting flights as well as Cape Byron Whisky tasting flights. Try our gin, try our whisky, or try it all! Tasting flights are paid for at the cellar door on the date of your reservation. Book ahead to reserve your tasting time . (15mins)
