Maca’s Camping Ground

Situated in the hinterlands of Byron Bay, we are a campground that has kept its charm and natural tranquillity.

Even though we are tucked away in our secluded natural environment, great coffee and cosmopolitan cuisine are only a short drive away.

We are surrounded by prolific bird life, wild life and and maybe a yeti.

Sit back and relax with the cheeky bush turkeys, cockatoos  and fireflies.

Come zip line*, explore our property, cycle through the hills, kayak down the river to the sea or take a walk through our rain forest, or one of the other many other walking tracks in the local area.

We are one of the best kept secrets of the northern rivers region…

(* Our zip-line, our insane zip-line, is currently in its final stages of construction and testing.  And when we are certain it is safe, it will be available for general use of campground guests.)
