Waiting list only.\nNo Bones – Two sittings – 12pm & 3pm\nElements – Christmas lunch event \nFor those who want to eat Christmas lunch in the cool of their own home but don’t want the hassle of cooking\,  Harvest at Newrybar has Christmas orders now open – from show-stopping baked hams to indulgent sides and sweet treats they are offering everything you need for a memorable Christmas feast. \nNEW YEARS EVE\nSoul Street 2024 starts at 4pm. A free\, family-friendly community New Years Eve event\, Soul Street has two main areas of entertainment in the town.\nJonson Street – live music\, street dining and roving performers. 4pm – 9pm\nDening Park – lighting installations and entertainment on the main stage from 6pm – 12.30am.\nPLEASE NOTE this is an alcohol free zone with on the spot fines. \nLIVE MUSIC\nThe Rails Hotel is the best-loved live music venue in Byron Bay.  Set back from the main road at 80 Jonson Street\, the pub has been home to free live music every night of the week for over 30 years – everything from roots\, reggae and blues to funk\, folk and rock. \n

SUMMARY:Soul Street | New Years Eve Celebration in Byron Bay
DESCRIPTION:If you are in town enjoying the beauty of our surrounds then it won’t be hard to join in with the fabulously fun and relaxed Soul Street. A free\, family-friendly community event\, Soul Street is our way of celebrating New Year’s Eve  in central Byron Bay. \nThere will be two main areas of entertainment in town: \n\nJonson Street – live music on the sound stage\, street dining\, roving street performers\, community acts and children’s activities from 4pm to 9pm.\nDening Park – lighting installations and entertainment on the main stage 6pm to 12.30am with a selection of much loved Australian performers.\n\nCheck out all the artists and performers here. \nSoul Street is a zero-waste event so remember to bring your own cups\, plates\, cutlery etc. Also\, Byron Bay town centre is an alcohol-free zone meaning no alcohol allowed on the streets. Please respect this safe space and note there will be on-the-spot fines for anyone not doing so. \nDriving & parking\nJonson Street will be closed to traffic\, as well as some surrounding streets and carparks. \nThese roads will be closed from 6am on 31 December and includes: \n\nMain Beach Carpark\nJonson Street between Byron Street and Lawson Street\nLawson Street Carpark\n\nDetours will be in place and the town bypass will be open. All roads will reopen by 8am 1 January 2025. \nFor your convenience there will be a taxi rank in  Jonson Street near the Marvell Street intersection. Paid parking for cars will still be in place between 9am – 6pm. \nWe hope you will enjoy our spectacular shire and have some fun alongside our local community and other visitors at Soul Street 2024.
