DESCRIPTION:Cellar Door Series\n\n\nA winter wine\, dine and delight\nEvery weekend in August\, Crystalbrook Byron is hosting some of the most interesting wineries and wine makers in Australia. Each Saturday a winemaker is set to take over Forest restaurant and guide our guests through a long\, lush and totally indulgent menu with paired wines. \nFor those after something a bit more relaxed\, Our Rainforest Lawn will be reimagined as a vibrant\, vineyard-inspired oasis serving wine flights\, tastings\, cheese and charcuterie boards and some good tunes. Sip and snack under the festoon lights\, keep cozy next to the crackling firepits and stretch out on Wandering Folk picnic blankets. \n\n6 – 7 August: Dal Zotto Wines\nEstablished in 1987 by Italian-born winemaker Otto and Elena Dal Zotto\, they were the first to plant prosecco vines in the King Valley\, elevating the sparkling variety in Australia. Dal Zotto Trattoria is also one of the state’s best winery restaurants.
