A Personal Life Mapping is an opportunity to share your current experience of self in the form of an intimate interview with a qualified One Step Guide. This 60-100 minutes helps us to collaborate a plan for a person to make improvements where they want to experience a shift in their lives. This may be in personal relationships, professional positions, parenting, issues with money, stress, anxiety, physical injuries or sickness. This is an opening for exploring, this is not a therapy, but more of a collaboration for a better life.
