We are local regenerative macadamia farmers and food producers of the highest quality. The Brook family farm is located in the Byron Bay hinterland, and the inspiration behind all that we do.

Brookfarm is a generational Australian family business committed to regenerative agriculture, supporting Australia’s farmers and producing all-natural, nutritious breakfast and snacks for the whole family, while making a difference to the environment and our local community.

We are passionate about quality, great tasting nutritious food and sourcing all-natural premium Australian ingredients. For over 20 years our recipes have been lovingly created in the family kitchen and produced locally in our Northern Rivers bakehouse. We are proudly 100% Byron Bay owned and made.

Rainforest regeneration

Sustainability has guided every aspect of Brookfarm since day one. Since buying a run down cattle farm in 1988, our family have been working together with nature and planted over 45,000 native trees to restore the ancient subtropical rainforest on the farm, creating a haven for native wildlife once again. Our working macadamia farm uses regenerative farming practices and is a testing ground for new developments in integrated pest management.

Eat local

We offer a premium range of gourmet macadamia mueslis, granolas, snacks and premium nut mixes catering for a range of diets. Our must try best sellers include our #1 Toasted Muesli Macadamia Cranberry, our much loved Gluten Free range, our fruit free Nutty Granola, or our deliciously healthy indulgence of our paleo Prebiotic and Keto Granola, and of course our oven roasted macadamias.

We are passionate about supporting independent and local retailers like IGA, SPAR, Bay Grocer, Baz & Shaz, local health food & grocery stores, cafes, bulk stores etc. You will not find us in any major grocery stores like Woolworth & Coles.

Cape Byron Distillery is part of the Brook family farm with their famous Brookies Gin. Visit where Brookfarm began, and to check out the rainforest and gin tasting experiences or just enjoy the view of the macadamia orchards from the distillery deck while sipping on a gin.
