A venture through the pristine Springbrook National Park.

Come and check out this awesome tour where we venture north through some great Aussie towns on our way through the country to the Border Ranges.

Once we arrive at Springbrook National Park we will walk the track to the Natural Bridge waterfall, taking in the amazing rainforest with its old cedars and strangler fig trees that tower at the canopy of the forest. See the native bird life that inhabits the forest floor right up to the treetops.

From there we travel on to the awesome lookouts of Springbrook / Border Range National Park, where you will take in some of the best views on the East Coast, and visit the amazing Purling Brook Falls which cascade 109 metres.

Food – Snacks and water are provided but lunch money will be required.

Time -Tours leave Byron Bay at around 8am and return at approximately 4pm.

Distillery & Brewery Experience $99 per person
Check out two of Byron Bay’s fastest growing, independent and sustainable businesses Cape Byron Distillery and the Stone & Wood Brewery.

A short drive into Byron’s hinterland is the heritage township of “Bangalow”, take in the sights and sounds of this historic village and check out the cafe’s, boutique shops, or local watering hole The Bangalow Hotel. Guides Tip: “I’d get a bite to eat in Bangalow before moving on to the Distillery”.

At the Cape Byron Distillery you will get to try the Gold Medal winning “Brookie’s Gin” made from home grown and locally foraged botanicals. Then you will be brought on a guided tour of the Brooks’ family farm to explore the rainforest in search of native species used to create this fragrant gin. To finish off we will retreat back to the cellar doors to learn about the final process with a gin masterclass from one of the talented distillers.

Small snacks provided on third leg.

Next stop is the award winning independent brewery “Stone & Wood”. Moving from aromatic gins to uniquely crafted beers , Stone & Wood’s “Pacific ale” is the taste of Byron Shire. Guides Tip: “you haven’t arrived in Byron until you have had a Pacific”. These guys are the definition of independant craft brewing and on this guided tasting you will get to try up to seven styles of masterfully brewed local drop.
