Byron Farmers Market

Byron Farmers Market

*Byron Farmers Market is running the Magic Bus again from Thursday December 24 – from Jonson St bus shelter to the Cav from 7am every hour (and back again) **

One of oldest and largest farmers markets in the region, Byron Farmers Market is held every Thursday morning from 7-11am at the Cavanbah Centre on Ewingsdale Road, just on the outskirts of town near the Industrial Estate. With over 70 stalls, this weekly Byron institution is where you’ll find the best and freshest produce in the region, including fruit and vegetables, herbs, free-range eggs, organic coffee, award-winning cheeses, nuts, honey, pasture-raised beef, pork and chicken, fresh and smoked fish, cut flowers, as well as a great range of home-made sauces, pickles, muffins, cakes and just-baked bread. All locally grown and produced! These markets also provide a hub for the both the local community and visitors to come together – eat, chat, hang out and listen to live music. But most of all, it’s a chance to sample the best food Byron has to offer – and to meet the people behind it. Real farmers, real food!
