Is it just us, but have the October School Holidays crept up really quickly!?

It’s all good though – because our friends from The Heart Cart are hosting two adorable workshops on Wednesday 3rd October and Friday 5th October, as well as their usual Little Heartist Friday session, so there is plenty happening at Newrybar Merchants to keep your littlies busy and happy!

MAGIC POTION & PERFUME WORKSHOP
WEDNESDAY 3rd October – 12pm – 3pm
The Heart Cart will be transformed into a magic potion and perfume station! A sensory journey that begins by exploring the garden at Harvest Newrybar for local seasonal flowers, plants and essential oils.

Your children will learn about local native plants and some of their medicinal qualities, and will take home their own magical signature scent in a vessel they have decorated.

Cost: $55 pp inclusive of all materials
Ages: Suited 6-12 years

MARKET BASKET/BAG WORKSHOP
FRIDAY 5th October – 12.30pm – 3.30pm
Create the perfect (and practical) accessory for summer!

Design, decorate and put together a unique Byron Beach Bag or Spring Market Basket with a beautiful array of beads, ribbons, shells, lace and more, as well as a cute little tin that is perfect for storing jewellery, money and special treasures.

Cost: $60 pp inclusive of all materials
Ages: Suited for 6-12 years (younger children welcome if accompanied by an adult)
