Situated in a quiet area within an easy walk to Clarks or Tallows beach and a short walk up the street to the Top Shop for your daily paper, bread & milk or a 10-14 minute walk to the main street or 2 minute drive.

The spacious open plan living area flows out onto an extensive verandah that wraps around the house & looks out towards the Byron Lighthouse; there is also a BBQ to enjoy some outdoor dining. Upstairs has 3 bedrooms (main with en-suite & very large walk-in wardrobe) plus main bathroom, downstairs has 2 bedrooms & a bathroom. There is also a piano for those who love a tinkle at times…explore your musical talents and hope that your family/friends enjoy it as much as you!!

Wake to the sound of birds from the coastal native reserve at your doorstep and be lulled to sleep by the sounds of the waves.

There is a huge amount of outdoor space for the kids to run around in as well as a small play area with slippery dip & swings just a few metres down the road…a perfect place to bring the family!
