PLEASE READ CAREFULLY A Flight Confirmation or Gift Voucher entitles you to participate in a hot-air balloon flight with Byron Bay Ballooning or one of our affiliates. Please phone our central booking office for any information or bookings. Bookings are essential. Call 02 6684 7880 or 0414 558 794. Office hours are 10am to 5 pm seven days. The voucher is not refundable. The booking is transferable to another person. If another ‘gift voucher’ is to be issued there will be a $15.00 administration fee. Children under 5 years old are not eligible to fly. We ask all passengers to sign a disclaimer and liability release form prior to the flight. If your flight is cancelled due to inclement weather conditions your booking details go into "open dated" in our computer and the validity date is automatically extended for 3 months. We do ask that you contact us within 90 days to arrange another flight. Hot-air balloon flights are completely dependent upon the weather and are regulated by Civil Aviation Safety Regulations. It may be necessary to postpone a flight at any time if in our judgment the conditions are not suitable. We reserve the right to cancel a flight at any time up to the moment of launch. A Gift Voucher remains valid for 1 year from month of purchase. If you do not arrive in time for the flight and you miss it or are a "no show" the booking is forfeited and no rebooking nor refund will be made. If we are holding a credit card for security and you miss the flight the credit card will be debited. Any changes of flight dates before 7 days of the confirmed flight date will incur a booking fee of $50.00 per person. Flights may not be altered within 7 days prior to the flight date or the ticket is forfeited and no refund nor a rebooking will be made. This also applies to bookings made for vouchers. Personal belongings such as cameras are taken aboard at your own risk. Please inform the office staff of any current ongoing or old
